That matters because freight is a business where the person accountable for a load is often three subcontractors removed from the truck. JAAF is built the other way around: we own and operate our own fleet of 50 trucks — Volvo and Sinotruk — rather than brokering your cargo onto someone else's. When you deal with JAAF, you are dealing with the operator, not a middle layer.

The clearest expression of that is at the border. Most carriers hand your consignment to a separate clearing agent at exactly the point where delay costs most. We prepare and file our own import, export and transit documentation in-house, at every post, so one accountable party holds the truck and the paperwork from collection to delivery.
